Delivery & Returns

We offer free local delivery to Gerhardsville and the surrounding communities, including Knopjeslaagte, Laezonia, Mnandi AH, Hennops River, Erasmia, Monavoni, Raslouw, Copperleaf Golf Estate, Vlakplaats, and nearby areas.
Delivery is included in the cost of your order—no additional delivery fees apply.
To help us plan deliveries efficiently, please place your orders in advance.
Orders must have a minimum value of R500. Orders below this amount cannot be accepted at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will provide the correct product at no additional cost.
All other orders are considered final upon confirmation.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders for Tuesday delivery close on Monday at 5 PM.
Orders for Thursday delivery close on Wednesday at 5 PM.
