Delivery & Returns

• We offer free local delivery to Gerhardsville and the surrounding communities, including Knopjeslaagte, Laezonia, Mnandi AH, Hennops River, Erasmia, Monavoni, Raslouw, Copperleaf Golf Estate, Vlakplaats, and nearby areas. 

• Areas outside of those listed, will be charged extra based on location and amount of goods.

• Delivery is included in the cost of your order—no additional delivery fees apply (if within range)

• To help us plan deliveries efficiently, please place your orders in advance.

• Orders must have a minimum value of R350. Orders below this amount cannot be accepted at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

• If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will provide the correct product at no additional cost.

• All other orders are considered final upon confirmation.

Order Cut-Off Times

​

• Orders for Tuesday delivery close on Monday at 5 PM.

• Orders for Thursday delivery close on Wednesday at 5 PM.
